CHAP. 73.—An ACT for the relief of Dr, G. N. Warren, of Mechlen-
burg county.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized
and instructed to issue his warrant upon the treasurer, payable
out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
in favor of Doctor G. N. Warren, of the county of Mecklen-
burg, for the sum of twenty-five dollars, that being the amount
of a fine imposed upon the said Doctor G. N. Warren for con-
tempt of court by the county court of Mecklenburg county,
at the June term of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
