Chap. 65.—An ACT for the relicf of the Union Car-Works’ Manufae-
turing Compauy.

1. Be if enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the Union car-works’ manufacturing company shall be at liberty
to apply to the county court of Norfolk county to have the
assessment of its tract of land situated in Norfolk county, and
its buildings thereon, corrected, and the said county court shall
proceed upon said application under the sixth section of chap-
ter thirty-two of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-
three, as though said application had been made in the time
prescribed by said section: provided that all the costs of said
motion shall be borne by the said the Union car-works’ manu-
facturing company.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
