CHAP. 34.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of Liberty church, in
the county of Goochland, to make sale of its property.

Approved March 31, 1879.

Whereas the church building of Liberty church, in the county
of Goochland, is unfit to worship in by reason of its dilapida-
tion and decay; and whereas it is not desirable to use said
building longer; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of Liberty church, in the county of Goochland. be
and they are hereby authorized to sell and convey said church
property and distribute the proceeds of such sale among the
churches entitled thereto.

2. This act shall he in force from its passage.
