CHAP. 123.—An ACT to relieve Charles W. and Jacob T.. Harris, of
Seott county.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the cveneral assembly of Virginia, That
Charles W. Harris and Jacob L. Llarris, be and they are hereby
relieved, for the period of five years from the passage of this
act, from the payment of a judgment for the sum of five hun-
dred dollars, adjudged against them by the county or circait
court of Scott county for the penalty of a forteited reconizance
bond.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
