Chap. 122.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 1 of chapter 178
of the Code of 1873, in relation to appeals.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section one of chapter one hundred and seyenty-eight, Code of
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
§ 1. Any person who thinks himself aggrieved by an order in
a controversy concerning the probate of a will or theeappoint-
ment or qualification of a personal representative, guardian,
curator or committee, or concerning a mill, roadway, ferry,
wharf or landing, may in a county or corporation court, during
the term at which such order is made, appeal therefrom of right
on giving bond, as hereinafter mentioned.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
