Chap. 114.—An ACT to authorize Diamond Till Baptist church, of
Lynchburg, to borrow mouey and excute a mortgage or deed of
trust to secure the same.

Approved April 2, 1879. :

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of Diamond Hill Baptist church, of Lynchburg, be and they are
hereby authorized to bcrrow money, and to execute a mortgage or
deed of trust upon the real estate belonging to said church in
the city of Lynchburg, to secure the same.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
