CHAP. 107.—An ACT for the relief of T. W. Rhinehart, of Rocking-
ham county, from the payment of a fine.
Approved April 2, 1879.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That T. W. Rhine-
hart, of the county of Rockingham, on the payment within thirty
days after the passage of this act of the sum of two hundred dol-
lars be and he is hereby released from the payment of a fine of
three hundred dollars, and seventy-five dollars and twenty-nine
cents costs, imposed by the county court of said county at its
September term, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, for an as-
sault committed by said T. W. Rhinehart upon George Moyers,
and also from the payment of a fine of five hundred dollars, and
ninety-five dollars costs, imposed by said court at the same term
upon said Rhinehart for committing an assault upon George
Fawcett.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
