Chap. 104.—An ACT to refund a sium of money improperly assessed
on the buildings of the Central Lunatic Asylum.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the treasurer of the commonwealth do pay to Charles W. Pur-
cell, executor of Bacon ‘Tait, deceased, the sum of one hun-
dred and eighty dollars, that being the amount of taxes im-
properly assessed upon the buildings now oveupied by the Cen-
tral Lunatic asylum and paid by said executor.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
