CHAP. 90.—An ACT for the relief of the sureties of S. F. G. Beale.
Approved February 19, 1880.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the further time of twelve months from the twelfth day of
March, eighteen hundred and eighty, be allowed the sureties of
S. F. G. Beale, as late treacurer of the county of Fauquier, to
pay and discharge, in the mode authorized by an act entitled
an act for the relief of the sureties of said S. F. G. Beale, late
treasurer of Fauquier county, approved the twelfth day of
March, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, the two judgments
mentioned in said act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
