Chap. 79.—An AOT to repeal an act approved February 27, 1879,
entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Goochland
county to permit W. B. W. Brooking to erect a store and wareliouse
on the public land at Cedar Point, in the county of Goochland.

\Approved February 16, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act approved February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred
and seventy-nine, entitied an act to authorize the board of
supervisors of Goochland county to permit W. B. W. Brooking
toerect a store and warehouse on the public land at Cedar
Point, in the county of Goochland, be and the same is hereby
Tepealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
