Chap. 67.—An ACT to ailow commutation to John E. Young, of
Dinwiddie county, for artificial limb.

Approved February 10, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That.
John E. Young, of Dinwiddie county, having made application |
for the commutation allowed disabled Virginia soldiers wh
have obtained artificial limbs and could not wear them, and hi
artificial arm which he has never been able to use having
been burned by accident, the auditor of public accounts is
hereby authorized to pay him the commutation of forty dollars
as if he had returned said arm.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
