Chap. 51.—An ACT to authorize the judge of the eleventh circuit to
hold special terms of the courts in his circuit.
Approved February 5, 1280.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the judge of
the eleventh judicial circnit be and he is hereby authorized to
hold, in such manner as is now prescribed, special terms of his
court in any county or city of the said circuit when in his
opinion it is proper that the same should be held; at any such
special term any civil cause or matter at law or in chancery
may be heard and determined which could have been heard
and determined if the same had been a regular term.
2. This act shall be in force froin its passave and expire on
the first day of January, eivliteen hundred and eighty-one.
