CHAP. 36.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Court Street Bap-
tist church, of the city of Lynchburg, to borrow money and exe-
cute deeds of trust.

Approved February 2, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Court Street Baptist church, of the city of
Lynchburg, or their successors, shall have power to borrow
money and execute deeds of trust on any property held by
them in trust to secure the same at a rate of interest not ex-
ceeding ten per centum per annum.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
