Chap. 305.—An ACT to release Frank C. Butler from the payment
of a fine.

ased 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Frank C.
Butler be and he is hereby released from the payment of two
hundred and fifty dollars, it being one-half of the amount of a
fine imposed on him by the county court of Isle of Wight
county, at its December term, eighteen hundred and seventy-
nine, for unlawful cutting.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
