CHAP. 269.—An ACT to authorize G. W. Bishop, of Maryland, to
erect a wharf on his premises at Franklin City, Accomac county.

) 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
ft G. W. Bishop, of the state of Maryland, be and is hereby
authorized and permitted to erect a wharf on his premises at
Franklin City, in the county of Accomac; and that the said
G. W. Bishop, his heirs and assigns, shall have the right to
charge and recover such fees as a compensation for the use of
said wharf as may have been agreed upon by and between the
parties, or as are usual: provided, that this act shall be at all
times under the control of the general assembly, and may be
amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
