Chap. 267.—An ACT to amend section 8 of the charter of the Warm
Springs Valley Railroad company.

Approved March 9, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section eight of chapter two hundred and forty-four of the Acts
»f eighteen hundred and seventy-seven-seventy-eight, approved
March fourteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 8. The road herein authorized to be constructed shall com-
mence within three years and be completed to the Warm
Springs within five years after the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
