Chap. 212.—An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the court
in the Eighth Judicial Circuit.

to-wit :

York County of York—Eleventh March and thirtieth August.

Warwick County of Warwick—Nineteenth March and eighth Septem
ber.

Elizabeth City County of Elizabeth City—Twenty-third March, first July.

Proviso and twelfth September: provided, the July term of Elizabett

City county shall be solely for the trial of chancery causes.
Charles City County af Charles City—First April and twentieth Sep-

tember.

New Kent County of New Kent—Eighth April and twenty-eighth Sep.
tember. |

Surry County of Surry—Fifteenth April and fifth October.

JamesCityand County of James City and city of Williamsburg—Twenty-
Willamsburg second April and thirteenth October.

Mathews County of Mathews—Thirteenth May and twenty-eighth
October. "

Middlesex County of Middlesex—Twenty-first May and sixth Novem-
ber.
