Chap. 131.—An ACT to authorize the circuit court of Stafford county
to divide, apportion, invest or otherwise dispose of certain property
devised to J. M. Taliaferro for life, remainder to his children.

Approved March 3, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit court of Stafford county be and is hereby
authorized and empowered to make such order for the parti-
tion, division or distribution of certain property in the county
of King George, devised to J. M. Taliaferro for life, with
remainder to the children of his body, lawfully begotten, as if
the said Taliaferro were now dead. In disposing of the said
property the court is further authorized to appoint a trustee of
the fund, order its investment, or apply so much thereof to the
support of those interested therein as to the court may seem
proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
