CHAP. 13.—An ACT to authorize the Tobacco City Building Fund
Association, of Lynchburg, to hold real estate and convey the same.

Approved January 24, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the Tobacco
City Building Fund Association, of Lynchburg, be authorized,
in its corporate character as well as by its trustees, to hold the
legal title to real estate not exceeding five acres, and such as
it may acquire in part or in whole satisfaction of debt, whether
heretofore or hereafter acquired, and shall be permitted to con-
vey the same under its corporate seal when its board of direct-
ors shall so order.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
