CHAP. 123.—An ACT prohibiting persons resident within the corpo-
rate limits of the city of Winchester from voting for certain officers
of the county of Frederick.

Approved March 3, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That no person
whose residence is or shall be within the corporate limits of the
city of Winchester shall be entitled to vote for any of the offi-
cers of the county of Frederick hereinafter named, to-wit:
treasurer, clerk of the county court and commonwealth’s attor-
ney for the said county: provided, however, that the eligibility
to said offices of persons resident in Winchester shall not be
affected by this act.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
