CHaP. 121.—An ACT to refund to William S. Yates the tax of ten
dollars paid by him as a common crier.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of the state of
Virginia, That the auditor of public accounts of the state of
Virginia do forthwith draw his warrant on the treasurer of the
state in the sum of ten dollars ($10) in favor of William S.
Yates, of the county of Culpeper, it being the amount paid by
said Yates to the treasurer of the county of Fauquier for
license as a common crier for the year cighteen hundred and
seventy-nine.
