CHAP. 119.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act for the protec-
tion of fish in the waters of the commonwealth above tide-water,
approved March 21, 1877, so far as applicable to the waters of the
Roanoke river and its tributaries in the county of Roanoke.

Approved February 28, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That section one
of an act for the protection of fish in the waters of the com-
monwealth above tide-water, approved March twenty-one, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-seven, be and is hereby repealed so
far as it relates to the waters of the Roanoke river and its tri-
butaries in the county of Roanoke.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
