CHAP. 113.—An ACT to authorize the governor to lend fifty stand of
arms to the Lynchburg Public High School.

Approved February 27, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the governor be and he is hereby authorized, if not incompati-
ble with the general welfare, to loan to the school board of the
city of Lynchburg, upon their giving good and sufficient secu-
rity for the proper care and return thereof, fifty stand of arms
and accoutrements, and four swords and accoutrements, for the
use of the students of the Lynchburg Public High school;
said arms and accoutrements to be returned upon the requisi-
tion of the governor.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
