CHAP. 11.—An ACT to regulate the time of holding circuit
the third judicial circuit.

Approved January 24, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That th
courts of the third judicial circuit shall be hereafter
the times and places hereinafter specified, to-wit :

County of Prince Edward—First March and first Se}

County of Amelia—Tenth March and tenth Septem

County of Charlotte—Twentieth Merch and twenti
tember.

County of Powhatan—Fifth April and fifth October.

County of Buckingham—Fifteenth April and _ fiftee
tober.

County of Cumberland—First May and first Novem

County of Lunenburg—Tenth May and tenth Noven

County of Mecklenburg--Twentieth May and twent
vember.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
