Chap. 109.—An ACT to legalize a deed of conveyance heretofore
made to certain church property in the county of Wythe.

Approved February 27, 1880.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Deec
by a deed on record in the clerk’s office in the county of
Wythe, from Joseph Lindamond to Joseph Headrich and
others, conveying, for value received, all joint right and title
to a certain property on Stony Fork, in said county, as held in
trust by said J oseph Lindamond for the Methodist. Episcopal
church, be and is hereby legalized, so that the said Joseph Prop
Headrich and others may hold the said parcel of land in trust 2¢!4
for the Evangelical Lutheran Church South, and it only; and Righ
the same right and title may pass, from time to time, to any of coi
their legally appointed and confirmed succcessors in said trust -
for the Lutheran Evangelical Church South. ,
