Chap. 90.--An ACT to prescribe the times for holding the terms of
the circuit courts in the fifteenth Judicial eireuit.

Approved February 8, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the cireuit
courts of the fifteenth judicial circuit shall hereafter hold their
terms at the times and places hereinafter specitied, to-wit :

County of Wythe—First Monday in March, first Monday in
September and tenth day of December.

County of Pulaski—Third Monday in March and fourth
Monday in October.

County of Grayson—First Monday in April and last Mon-
day in September.

County of Carroll—Third Monday in April and second Mon-
day in October.

County of Tazewell—Third Monday in May, third Monday
in August and second Monday after the fourth Moncay in Oc-
tober.

County of Bland—First Monday in May, second Monday in
August and fourth Monday after the fourth Monday in Octo-
ber.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act, are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
