Chap. 72.—An ACT to protect buzzards,
Approved February 8, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
unlawful to kill or wound the turkey buzzard or the black buz-
zard, or to destroy their nests or eggs. Any person violating
this law shall be fined not less than five nor more than ten dol-
lars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passa ze.
