Chap. 50.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Saint Paul’s Episco-
pal chureh of Lynchburg, Virginia, to execute one or more deeds of
trust or mortgages as security.

Approved January 25, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of the state of Vir-
ginia, That the trustees of the chapel of Saint Paul’s Episcopal
church of Lynchburg. Virginia, situated near the fair grounds,
in the township of Brookville, are hereby authorized and em-
powered to borrow a sum of money not exceeding three thou-
sand dollars, and to execute one or more deeds of trust or
mortgages upon the chapel property for the purpose of securmg
such loan.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
