CHAP. 44.—An ACT to amend and re-enact sections Land 3 of an act
to provide for the election of three commissioners of the revenue
for the county of Loudoun,

6 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
at the general election to be held in the county of Loudoun on
the fourth Thursday in May, eighteen hundred and seventy-
nine, and every four years thereafter, there shall be elected by
the quaiified voters of said county three commissioners of the
revenue for said county instead of six as now provided by law.
The first district shall be composed of Mercer and Broad Run
districts, and shall be designated the first district; the second
district shall be composed of Lovettsville and Leesburg dis-
tricts, and shall be designated the second district; the third
district shall be composed of Mount Gilead and Jefferson dis-
tricts, and shall be designated the third district.
2. All acts and parts of acts m conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.
§ 3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
