Chap. 41.—An ACT to provide an enclosure for the soldiers” section
in Hollywood cemetery.

Approyed January 22, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the superin.
tendent of the penitentiary be and he is hereby directed tc
enclose the soldiers’ section of Hollywood cemetery with 4
five-strand barbed wire fence, provided the outlay for the same
shall not exceed two hundred and fifty dollars,

2. The auditor of public accounts is hereby directed to pay
to the superintendent of the penitentiary, out of any money
not otherwise appropriated, the costs of said fence, not te
exceed two hundred and fifty dollars.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
