Chap. 40.—An ACT for the relief of J. B, Hylton, of Wise county

Approved January 22, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the audito
of public accountsis hereby authorized and required to issue hi
warrant on the treasury in favor of J. B. Iylton, late treasure:
of Wise county, Virginia, for fifty-seven dollars and fifty cents
payable out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appro
priated, that being the amount of fees paid by said treasure!
in prosecuting suits against defaulting township collectors.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
