Chap. 34.—An ACT authorizing the committees to which was re-
ferred Senate bill 29, to permit counsel for claimants to said land,
occupied by the Central Lunatic Asyluin, to appear before them
without paying the tax required by law of counsel appearing be-
fore legislative committees.

Approved January 14, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the commit-
tees to which Senate bill number twenty-nine, for the condein-
nation of the land now occupied by the Central lunatic asylum,
was referred, be and they are hereby authorized to permit coun-
sel for the claimants of said land to appear before them without
the paymeut of the tax required by law of counsel appearing
before levislative committees.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
