Chap. 30.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the Ist section of an
act approved December 13, 1877, prescribing the times for holding
courts in the twelfth and eighteenth judicial circuits.
Approved, January 14, 1879.
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly, That the act ap-
proved December thirteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
seven, entitled an act to prescribe times for holding terms of
circuit courts in the twelfth and eighteenth judicial circuits, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the circuit
courts of the twelfth and eighteenth jucicial circuits shall hold
their terms as hereinafter specified, to-wit: In the twelfth cir-
cuit—In the county of Clarke, May fifteenth and October
twenty-fifth ; in the county of Warren, February twenty-second,
May fifth and October fifteenth; in the county of Frederick,
March fourth, June fifth and November fifteenth. In the cigh-
teenth judicial circuit—In the county of Shenandoah, Decem-
ber fifth, April first and August eighteenth; in the county of
Page, April twentieth and September tenth; in the county of
Rockingham, January twentieth, May twenty-fifth and October
twentieth.
2. This act shall be in force from and after the fifteenth day
of January, eighteen bundred and seventy-nine, and all acts
and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
