CHAP. 3.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of Andrew chapel con-
oreg: ation of the town of Harrisonburg to execute a deed of trust on
its church property.

Approved December 18, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That {
Philo Bradley, 8S. R. Sterling, G. 8. Christie, 8. J. “Jones, and 4
J.T. Logan trustees of Andrew chapel congregation, Metho- L
dist Episcopal Chureh South, of the town ‘of “Harrisonburg, t
Virginia, and their successors in oilice, be and are hereby au-
thorized to execute one or more deeds of trust on all of the
church property of every kind, owned by said congregation in
said town, including the parsonage on West Market street, for
the purpose of raising a sum of money, not to exceed three |
thousand dollars, to be used in the erection of a new church ¢
puilding in said town by said congregation.
