Chap. 248.—An ACT to amend und re-enact section 3 of an act to
Incorporate the Wytheville Mining, Manufacturing and Hotel com-
pany.

Approved Mareh 38, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general asserhbly of Virginia, That
section three of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Wythe-
ville mining, manufacturing and hotel company, approved March
twenty-first, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 3. Said company shall have the right te purchase and hold
any lands, including the lands of said Boyd, and may be or-
ganized at any time within five years after the approval of the
said act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
