Chap. 243.—An ACT for the relief of William Chim, of Prinec Wuil-
iain county.

Approved March 38, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public aecounts be and he is hereby instructed to draw his
warrant on the treasury, payable out of any funds not other-
wise appropriated, in favor of William Chim, of Prince Wil-
Jiam county, for the sum of one hundred dollars, that being the
amount paid by him on a forfeited recognizance as bail for one
Samuel Brown, charged with larceny, the said Samuel Brown
having been subsequently arrested, tried, and convicted.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
