Chap. 222,—An ACT for the relief of John F. Lewis and LL. L.
Lewis, executors of 5. 17, Lewis, deceased.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That John F.
Lewis and L. L. Lewis, executors of S. H. Lewis, deceased, of
the county of Rockingham, be at liberty to apply to the county
court of Rockingham county, to have the assessment of a tract
of land, containing four hundred and twenty-one and a half
acres, lying between the public road leading from Port Repub-
lic to Swift run gap and the Blue Ridge mountains, in said
county, and the said county court shall proceed upon said
motion under the sixth section of chapter thirty-two of the
Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, as though said
motion had been made in the time prescribed by said section :
provided, all the costs of said motion shall be borne by the
said John F. and L. L. Lewis.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
