Chap. 220.—An ACT to refund to John Manders part of a license tax
improperly assessed upon and paid by hin.

Approved Mareh 3, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to pay to John Manders, of the county of Chesterficid, ont of
any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum
of seventy-five dollars, being the excess of a Hcense tax for
the sale of liquors improperly assessed upon and paid by said
Manders in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-five.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
