1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sixtieth section of chapter one hundred and one, Code of
eighteen hundred and seventy-three. as amended by an act
approved March twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
five, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

9 60. If any person, after the first day of May and before the
first day of September of any year, shall take terrapins or take
or disturb terrapin cegs jn the countics of Accomae and North-
arpton, be clad forfert two hundred and fifty dollars, and be
imprisoned in the county jail for a period not less than thirty
days.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
