Chap. 19.—An ACY to authorize the trustees of Rodes’ Methodist
Episcopal Church South to convey to the heirs of Charles P. Rodes,
deceased, of Nelson county, a lot of land,

Whereas by contract Charles P. Rodes, of Nelson county,
in his lifetime did exchange a small piece of land with the
trustees of Rodes’ Methodist Episcopal chureh south, and each
party having been put in possession, but no deed passed from
either for such land so exchanged as aforesaid, and it being
desired that deeds therefor be now executed so as to con-
vey legal title to said property ; now, therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of said Rodes’ Methodist Episcopal church south be authorized
toconvey the land exchanged as aforesaid, and in possession of
said Charles P. Rodes’ heirs by deed, in accordance with said
contract.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
