CHAP. 175.-An ACT to refund to Edward Cannon a Jicense tax.

Approved March 3, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by-the general assembly-of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and directed
to issue his warrant on the treasurer in favor of Edward Can-
non for the sum of forty dollars, payable out of any money in
the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
