CHAP. 17.—JOINT RESOLUTION in relation to the terms of office
of the cireuit judges.

Ay proved January 10, 1879.

Resolved by the general assembly, That the terms of office
of the judges of the seventéenth and eighteenth judicial cir-
cuits will expire on the thirty-first December, eighteen hundred
and eighty-three, and not before under the constitution of this
state, and that the terms of oftice of all the other circuit judges
will expire on the thirty-first December, eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight.
