Chap. 164.—An ACT to change the times for holding cireuit courts
in the fourth judicial cireuit.

Approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the judge of
the circuit courts of the fourth judicial circuit shall hereafter
hold bis terms at the times and places hereinafter specified,
to-wit :

City of Danville—January fifteenth and June tenth.

County of alifax—April first and November tenth.

County of Pittsylvania—aA pril twentieth and November twen-
ty-fifth ; but no court shall be held in this county under this act
till November twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine.

County of Franklin—May tenth and October tw enty-sixth.

County of Ilenry —May twenty-first and October eighteenth.

County of Patrick—May twenty-eighth and October eleventh.

2. All acts or parts of acis inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
