Chap. 145.—An ACT for the relief of the sureties of 5. F. G. Beale,
late treasurer of Fauquier county.

Approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the further time of twelve months from the twelfth day of
March, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, be allowed the
sureties of S. F. G. Beale, as late treasurer of the county of
Fauquier, to pay and discharge, in the mede authorized by an
act entitled an act for the relief of the sureties of said S. IF. G.
Beale, late treasurer of Fauquier county, approved the twelfth
day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, the two
judgments mentioned in said act.

2. This act shali be in force from its passage.
