CHAP. 131.—An ACT to declare a portion of Rockfish river, between
Nelson and Albemarle counties, a lawful fence.

Approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Rockfish river
of the county of Nelson, from its mouth to Tilman’s ford, and
from the mouth of Davis creek to the fork of the said river, be
and the same is hereby declared a lawful fence.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
