Chap. 81.—An ACT to incorporate Franklin City, in the county of
Accomac.

Approved February 20, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Franklin
City, in the county of Accomac, be and is hereby declared to
be incorporate, under the provisions of the Code of eightecn
hundred and seventy-three, chapter fifty-four, for the gov-
ernment of towns of less than five thousand inhabitants,
and the limits of said Franklin City shall be as laid down
and described in a plat, and certificate, now of record in the
office of the clerk of the court of said Accomac county.

2. This act shall be in full force on and after its passage.
