Chap. 76.—An ACT declaring the Meherrin river a lawful fence in
certain portions of Lunenburg county.

Approved February 20, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Meherrin river be made a lawful fence from Lunenburg
county line up tc the confluence of the North and South
Meherrin rivers, and the North Meherrin river up to the
mouth of Reedy creek, and South Meherrin river up to the
mouth of Middle Mehcrrin river.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
