Chap. 300.—An ACT for the relief of Charles EK. Bishop, of the city of
Petersburg.
Approved March 14, 1878.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Charles BK. Bishop, of the city of Petersburg, be and he is
hereby relieved from the payment of a certain judgment for
five bundred dollars, in favor of the commonwealth, rendered
against the said Bishop, by the hustings court of said city at
its January term, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, upon
a recognizance entered into by the said Bishop as the surety
of George F. Knock.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
