Chap. 289.—An ACT for the relief of Griffin Cundiff, of the county of
Middlesex, against an erroneous assessment of his land and improve-
ments thereon.

‘Whereas it is represented that Griffin Cundiff, of the
county o: Middlesex, feels himself aggrieved by an erroneous
assessment of his land, and the improvements thereon, of
which he was igrorant until the time bad expired within
which he could have had relief in the proper court: there-
fore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
said Griffin Cundiff, of the county of Middlesex, be and he
is hereby allowed sixty days from the passage of this act
within which to apply to the county court of said county to
have the assessment of his land and improvements corrected
in the manner as provided for in section six, chapter thirty-
two, of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
