Chap. 284.—An ACT to amend section four of an act entitled an act
to incorporate the Virginia General Manufacturing and Produce
Shipping company, approved January 29, 1878.

Approved March 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That an act
entitled an act to incorporate the Virginia general manu-
facturing and produce shipping company, approved Janu-
ary twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 4. The capital stock of this company shall not be less
than five thousand dollars, nor more than one hundred and
fifty thousand dollars, to be divided into shares of ten dollars
each.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
